The Motor-Voter law requires states to offer voter registration opportunities at state motor vehicle agencies. When individuals apply for or renew their driver’s license, their application simultaneously serves as a voter registration application unless they decline to sign it. The Motor Voter Law was set up in 1993 by Bill Clinton to latch on the citizens and more so that the Corrupt Dems could victimize them by turning they into Democrats, if they weren’t already. This bill allowed the US government to sign up VOTERS who cannot be asked to prove that they’re citizens.
